Resources
Here are some of the resources I recommend to help you feel informed, reassured and supported throughout your breastfeeding journey. I’ve chosen these resources because I believe they provide useful, reliable information. If you’re unsure about something you’ve read, please feel free to get in touch.

Newborn baby poo in nappies
A resource I often share with new parents is this information sheet from the National Childbirth Trust (NCT).
This sheet explains what to expect from your baby’s wet and dirty nappies in the first few days and weeks, which can be really helpful for parents who are wondering if their baby is getting enough milk.
Breastfeeding.support
This is one of my favourite websites to recommend for reliable, evidence-based information about breastfeeding. It covers a huge range of topics with articles full of information and practical guidance.
Plymouth Latch-on
The Plymouth Latch-on website is a great source of information for local families. Find details of breastfeeding support groups, breast pump hire, and a range of breastfeeding and bottle-feeding resources.
