3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
I understand that caring for a baby can be unpredictable and every effort will be made to accommodate changes where possible.
However, because appointments are reserved specifically for you, the following policy applies:
Appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice may be rearranged or refunded.
Appointments cancelled within 48 hours may be charged in full.
If you are unwell, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss rearranging your appointment.
In the rare event that I need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, an alternative appointment or full refund will be offered.
