My virtual sessions offer personalised breastfeeding support wherever you are, with seven days of follow-up email support.

What happens during a virtual support session?

We’ll meet over a secure video call at the agreed time.

Every session is tailored to your individual needs.

We’ll talk about your feeding journey so far, what’s been happening, and what you’d like to achieve.

If needed, and if you’re comfortable doing so via video call, we can observe a feed together (you may find it helpful to have someone with you to hold the camera). We can then explore some options or practical suggestions that might help.

There will be plenty of time for you to talk things through, ask questions and feel listened to without judgement.

My role is to help you understand your options and find an approach to feeding that works for you and your family.

Together, we’ll make a personalised action plan for your next steps. You’ll receive this by email following the session.

I’ll check in with you by email over the following seven days. You’re also welcome to email me any questions during this time, and I’ll respond within 24 hours.

How do I book?

Choose a day and time that works for you using the online booking system.

Once you’ve booked, you will receive an email confirming the date and time of the session.

When booking, I’ll ask for a few details including your phone number, email address and your baby’s age. I’ll also ask you to select your preferred video call platform.

Once you’ve booked your session, I’ll send you an invoice by email with details of how to pay. Payment is due before your session and can be made by bank transfer. Your appointment will be confirmed once payment is received.

Before your appointment, I’ll give you a quick call to introduce myself, answer any questions, and make sure everything is in place for our session.

You’ll receive a secure video link before the session.
